The APacCHRIE Youth Conference is now calling for abstracts from all undergraduate students!

Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Only undergraduate students are eligible to submit an abstract, so an undergraduate student must be the first author of the abstract.

  • The authors’ names should be on a separate title page. The author(s) name(s) should start with the lead student author (in the case of multiple authors), and their academic status (e.g., senior, junior, third-year, second-year, or first-year).

  • The abstract (typed, single spaced, with page margins of 1 inch, (2.54cm) should be submitted for the final selection process, approximately 500 words.

  • The abstract should be original (and not have been or about to be published elsewhere). In addition, they must follow accepted academic writing standards and format.

  • All abstracts should be formatted for a double-blinded review process.

  • Abstracts will be blindly reviewed by the Paper Review Committee and its invited reviewers. Once an abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register in order to have the poster presented and included in the programme.

  • The accepted abstract will be presented by students through a poster during the conference.

  • All submissions should be in MS Word and follow APA format. English is the official language of the conference and should be used in all abstract submissions, publications and presentations.

  • Submit abstracts to the Paper Review Committee ( via electronic mail with title “Paper for 2015 APacCHRIE Youth Conference”.
