AUT Events students are very involved in managing the conference. A group of six students are handling aspects such as the welcome function and gala dinner while another group of five are working on the logistic management of the conference. Each of these students also has a group of volunteers working with them. During 2014, thirty four students worked on planning, accommodation, website, Facebook, Twitter and special conference tours as part of their study to support APacCHRIE 2015.
